Okay, I have finally accpeted the fact that I can not do this on my own and we have a new administrator. I assume that when people add this community to their watch list they want to become members, so let me set a couple things straight. By just adding the community to your watch list does not mean that you are a member, you still need to send a note requesting to be one.
